Our history
How We Began
Love Culture Assembly is a growing Church situated in the Badagry area of Lagos state, Nigeria. Committed to spreading the fire of GOD’s love and raising believers grounded in faith and the ministry of reconciliation.
The Church started on January 3rd 2016, by Pastor Wilson Emmanuel, beginning as a small Church of two members meeting in a living room. It was clear at this time that what had started earlier as an outreach needed a formidable structure to disciple souls being saved.
What started as a simple gathering for prayer and the Word soon began to grow, leading to a move into a rented worship space.
In its early years, the Church faced challenges such as limited finances and space constraints, but through faith and unity, it continued to expand. As the membership increased, key ministries, including the teenagers/young adults (Young Disciples Fellowship), Children’s Church, and women discipleship arm (Women of the Faith), were established to support spiritual growth through active discipleship.
The Workforce, also known as the Stewardship, was established to foster a strong community of love, unity, and service. It began with just a few dedicated members and has since grown into several active units, including the Worship Unit, Ushering Unit, Protocol Unit, Welfare Unit, Follow-up Unit, PCU Unit, and the Media Unit.
Today, Love Culture Assembly is a vibrant and diverse congregation with regular worship services, teaching meetings, and outreach programs that impact lives within and beyond the community. Under the leadership of Wilson Emmanuel and Hazel Wilson, the church continues to grow in both numbers and spiritual depth.
With a strong vision for the future, the Church is focused on expanding its reach, raising leaders, and using both physical and digital platforms to share the message of GOD’s love and the supernatural.

Meet Our Lead Pastors
Pastors Wilson and Hazel are the Lead Pastors of Love Culture Assembly. Their ministry journey began with a passionate commitment to teaching God’s love across various locations under the name Encounter Love Ministries. In 2016, they took a divinely inspired step to establish a church, fulfilling a vision that had long burned in their hearts.
They are devoted shepherds who deeply love GOD’s people, with a strong emphasis on building genuine relationships and fostering a sense of family within the local church. With both simplicity and boldness, they communicate the message of the Gospel across the platforms GOD has entrusted to them.
LEAD Pastor
Wilson Emmanuel
Pastor Wilson, with over 20 years in active music ministry, has released songs that boldly declare our redemption in Christ. And about 15 years in active teaching ministry, has discipled and influenced many across different parts of the country and the world who have become more committed to the Lord, and some have embraced their into the pastoral ministry.
He is also a passionate Bible teacher and leads KATARTISMOS ACADEMY OF MINISTRY, a Biblical Ministry Training Institute, dedicated to equipping believers and ministers for the work of ministry and the call of GOD on their lives.
LEAD Pastor
Hazel Wilson
Pastor Hazel carries a deep passion for strengthening the women in their walk with Christ, calling them to maturity and embracing the purpose of GOD for their lives in service to GOD.
She leads a vibrant women’s ministry, the Women of the Faith, and runs an online discipleship community for women, Pink and Prayer, where women are empowered to grow spiritually and live purposefully. She also runs an intercessory ministry focused on praying for ministers of the Gospel all over the nation and the world, called The Believers’ Prayer Network.
